Product characteristics of zinc alloy die castings

Zinc alloy die-casting is not inferior to other forming processes. To produce good die-casting products, it is not enough to have a good die-casting machine. It is necessary to combine the mold, die-casting machine, and die-casting process to make good products. The characteristics of high-quality zinc alloy die castings are as follows:

1. It is heavier and more textured, and stronger than plastic injection molding.

2. Good casting performance, capable of die-casting precision parts with complex and thin-walled shapes, and smooth casting surfaces.

3. Surface treatment can be carried out: electroplating, spraying, painting.

4. During melting and die-casting, do not absorb iron, do not corrode the mold, and do not stick to the mold.

5. It has mechanical properties and wear resistance at room temperature.

6. Low melting point, melting at 385 ℃, easier to form than aluminum alloy die-casting
